How to Purchase
All purchases require prior free registration on the Acsiryo platform at healthfair.acsiryo.com. Once registered, products can be purchased through the platform.

Returns & Cancellations |
Home test kit: For hygiene and clinical integrity reasons, returns and cancellations are not accepted once the kit has been dispatched. However, if the test procedure fails (e.g. insufficient sample), a free replacement kit will be provided. Please contact us within 1 week of receipt. |

Cooling-off Rights |
Cooling-off rights do not apply to mail-order sales under Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. |

Applies to: On-site blood tests purchased and performed at health screening events. These products are only available for purchase at Acsiryo health screening events and cannot be purchased online outside of an event.

Cancellation & Refund |
A full refund is available if cancellation is requested before the test begins. No refund is available once the test has commenced. However, if the test procedure fails (e.g., due to an insufficient sample), one free replacement kit will be provided, allowing the test to be retaken once at no additional cost. |

Cooling-off Rights |
As this service is self-initiated by the customer at the venue and performed in full at the time of contract, cooling-off rights are not practically applicable (exemption under Article 26 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions). |

Privacy |
Blood sample and test result data are managed per our Privacy Policy and APPI as sensitive personal information (要配慮個人情報). Separate written consent is obtained at the event. |
